1st things first, we are here to have fun, and to help people get into medical school. Wildest thing is we can do both at the same time!
This is not the place to wear the mask or filter what you want to say. This is not a conservative environment, this is truly our free way to discuss whatever we feel while enlightening one another in the process.

My advice would be, other than advice for how to get into medical school (which you should take with a grain of salt from everyone anyway), to not feel obligated to take everything and everyone here seriously! We spend vast majority of our medical careers being serious or restricted, and it is perfectly fine and encouraged for us to joke around and not be so serious all the time on PMF Forums! However as previously stated, we will all be serious about helping the next person get into the medical field!
